began with the foundation of the first pharmacy outlet in 1975.
Since then, it was our aim to prove ourselves as a unique pharmacy, providing
a unique health care products and services, whenever & where ever
our clients are.
To
support our existence as an entity and to participate in solving imported
medicine’s shortage problem, Multipharma for pharmaceuticals and
chemicals company was added to the Group in 1992. It is a private Egyptian
Company acting as an agent importer and distributor for a number of unique
multinational producers of pharmaceuticals, paramedicals, laboratory,
fine chemicals, dietetics, Nutraceuticals and cosmetics.
In 1996,Multipharma Scientific office launched its first generic
product in the field of cardiovascular drugs for treatment of hypertension,
Ezapril.
Just then, the idea of a chain of pharmacies has evoked (around
36 outlets up till now) to cover Great Cairo, Alexandria, sharm El Shekh
and 10th of Ramadan.
But based on the increasing demand for quality in the health market and
making use of our diverse scope of experience in health field, MultiApex
factory – a cooperation between Multipharma and Apexpharma- was
founded in 2004. The main objectives of this cooperation are to have a
state of art production facilities, to produce high quality generic pharmaceutical
products not only covering the needs of the local market but also expanding
to the regional African, Arab, European countries and USA.
Simply we seek ensuring people’s access to quality medicine &
health care.
In all, we believe that we have a competitive edge to differentiate ourselves
in a competitive market place accomplishing uniqueness among pharmaceutical
local companies.
